 Anna (BOGER) was born in Russia on 26 December 1851, she married Christof BOGER on 04 January 1870, they had 7 children. Two died in Riebensdorf, Russia. Her husband Christof died near the Sea of Azov, Russia July 1887. She married widower Christopher NUFER on 01 November 1890 in Riebensdorf, Voronezh, Russia. Christopher had 6 children. They had one child John born in Riebensdorf.

To immigrate from Riebensdorf to the U.S.A. they travelled to Port of Departure Bremen, Germany and boarded the ship Weser. They arrived at Ellis Island, New York on the 21 April 1892. All are listed as "NORPER". Christopher 42 years, his children Lea/Leah 14 years, twins Wilhelm and Martin 9 years, Alex 6 years and Friedr/Fred 4 years. [Christopher NUFER's eldest daughter Katherine and her family did not immigrate.]

Anna (BOGER) BOGER/NUFER 40 years, [BOGER children were also listed as "NORPER"] Amalie 18 years, Magdaline 16 years, Catharina 11 years, [Paul died in a swimming accident in the Don River, Russia], Wilhelmine(a) *Minnie 8 years, BOGER/NUFER child John 6 months. Children born in Kansas; twins Louisa and Elizabeth 05 April 1894. Elizabeth died January 1895 on a farm N.E. of Hoisington, Kansas. The family immigrated to Alberta, Canada in 1905.

On 04 April 1902 Anna's eldest daughter Christina immigrated from (residence listed as Waronich [Voronezh?] Russia to Port of Departure Hamburg, Germany and arrived at Ellis Island 17 April 1902 on the ship Pennsylvania. All are listed as 'KEEL'. Christina 32 years, husband Matheus *Matthew KEHL 33 years, Alexander 9 years, Anna [Grama ROGERS] 8 years, Christina 7 years, Magdalene 4 years, Johann/Johnnie 3 years and Louise 10 months.

The KEHL family met up with Christina's Mother Anna (BOGER), Stepfather Christopher NUFER and siblings in the U.S.A. Christopher was born in Strout, Oklahoma 05 January 1903. Paul & Pauline unknown. Therese *Tracy was born in Avery, Oklahoma 27 May 1907. Unknown where or when Wilhelmina *Mina was born. The family immigrated to Alberta in 1909. Manuel *Mannie was born 28 July 1910 in Daysland, Alberta, Freda Matilda was born 13 July 1912 in Daysland and Leah was born in 1914.

Alexander KEHL did not come to Canada with the rest of his family. 1910 Census of Byron, Thayer County, Nebraska he is 19, single and a farm labourer. Dawn (KEHL) located a copy of his U.S. draft card dated 6/5/1917 age 26. Married with 3 children, owns a farm near Hardy, Nuckolls County, Nebraska and a Naturalized citizen of the U.S.A. Alex and Elizabeth (NAU) had 3 sons Leonard born (?), Anthony (born ?) and Arnold John born 06 July 1916. All born in Nebraska?  [I have a copy of Arnold's SSDI application dated 24 July 1937]

1841 - ROCHE family arrived in Watford, Lambton County, Ontario from Ireland. An Alphabetical Designation is used for descendants of Hannora *Ann (DORSEY) and David ROCHE. Hannora *Ann  married a Mr. QUIGLEY and is at rest at the Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Watford, Ontario as Ann QUIGLEY.

The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
